TOMOE เริ่มก่อตั้งเมื่อปี 1941 เป็นต้นมาโดยเป็นผู้นำโรงงานผลิตของ Centrifuges, Decanter, และอุปกรณ์อื่น ๆในญี่ปุ่น ซึ่ง SUPPLY ไปให้กับโรงงาน Chemmical, Petrochecmical,Machinery, Food&Medicals และมาเน้นหนักในเรื่องการกำจัด Waste water, และ Sewage sludge ตั้งแต่ปี 1970 เป็นต้นมา

นอกจากนี้ทาง TOMOE ยังเน้นเพิ่มเติมในเรื่องสินค้าที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม เช่น Next generation centrifugal dewatering machines, Rotary press filters, Gravity belt thickener,etc. เพื่อให้ครอบคลุมความต้องการของตลาดและ application ต่าง ๆ ใน Process เช่น Separate, Thicken, Dewater, Filter, Clarify, Express, Classify, Screen, Recover, Refine, PolishGrind, Convey เป็นต้น

เทคโนโลยีของ Centrifuge และ ประสิทธิภาพการแยกแบบ 2 หรือ 3 phase (ของเแข็ง,ของเหลวและน้ำ)    เพื่อนำไปใช้ในกระบวนการผลิต หรือระบบ waste เพื่อแยกสิ่งปนเปื้อน เช่น น้ำ,น้ำมัน หรือ particle ออกจาก กันในกระบวนการเดียว เป็นผลให้ผลิตภัณฑ์บริสุทธิ์, ไม่ก่อให้เกิดปัญหา ณ Down Stream หรือประหยัดค่าใช้จ่ายโดยการยืดอายุ การใช้งาน  ของ Coolant emulsion, Washing lye, Lube oil  , ทำให้ลดค่าใช้จ่ายและพื้นที่ในการกำจัด waste เนื่องจากการดึงน้ำ ออกจาก waste ที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดในขั้นตอนเดียว โดยอาศัยแรงเหวี่ยงหนีศูนย์ระดับ G-force ซึ่งสารที่นำมาแยกจะต้อง มีคุณสมบัติสามารถแยกออกจากกันได้ทาง Mechanic, มี Density ที่ต่างกันและไม่เป็น Emulsify

Our Machinery & Equipment Division is a leading manufacturer of centrifugals and equipment in Japan, and supplies a variety of machinery in the fields of chemicals, machinery, foodstuffs and medicals, in which separation technology are utilized.  Also, in the 1970s, we became involved in the environment related business, when our centrifuges began to be used for industrial wastewater and sewage sludge processing.

With the development of the industries, our customer needs have become more varied and refined, and the need for economical efficiency and power-saving equipment has increased.  The demand has grown for our separators to have high-grade functionality, and to be energy and space saving, we have developed a full range of environmental friendly products such as next generation centrifugal dewatering machines, Rotary Press Filters, Gravity Belt Thickener, etc.

Energy-Saving Dewatering and Thickening Decanters
Description
Many TSM Decanters are employed in the sludge volume reducing process of the wastewater treatment plants. They are also installed in feces, garbage and cattle-stall effluent treatment plants.
TSM stands for the Triple-Saving Machine. It reduces maintenance labor, power consumption and flocculant consumption

Minimum Flocculation requirement
Description
With an increase in thickening difficulty, the conventional gravity thickening method has been replaced with the mechanical thickening method in the preliminary sludge treatment process.
A large number of BDF Decanter installations prove its various advantages: small footprint, high-capacity, easy maintenance and no-odor emission.
In order to achieve a consistent low return-sludge rate in the supernatant treatment process, we developed BDF Thickening Centrifuge. It produces a great result with low centrifugal force and a small amount of flocculant.
Features
-    More than 95% SS recovery with a small centrifugal force and minimum flocculation.
-    Removal of phosphorus and odor with inorganic coagulant (polyferric chloride).

JWC Grinde
Grinder with Rotating Screen
These grinders are equipped with rotating screens. Pressure drop is kept at a minimum, allowing their stable operation at large treatment plants.
Description
These grinders are marketed throughout Japan under a Sole Distributorship Agreement with JWC Environmental, US grinder maker.
A rotating screen (made of SUS or resin) is mounted to a dual shaft grinder, and screenings are trapped by the rotating screen, induced into the grinder, and shredded.  As the screen itself rotates, the screenings trapped on the surface of the screen are fed efficiently to the grinder.  Screen mesh size is 6.4mm when made of SUS and 15 mm x 18 mm when made of resin.
Features
-    1. Power consumption can be suppressed because the grinder main body and the rotating screen can be driven by one power.                
-    2. As the screen itself rotates, when the screen rotates to the downstream side, it is backwashed by influent water. Therefore there occurs little adhesion of screenings to the screen. This makes regular cleaning unnecessary and the maintenance easy.                
-    3. There are two types of rotating drum screen; single drum type and double drum type so that they can cater to the needs of both large and small treatment plants. The pressure drop of a double drum type grinder can be decreased significantly, compared to a conventional grinder without a screen.
